Bacillus Cereus Selective Supplement

Preparation

• Warm the vial of Supplement to room temperature.
• Add 5 milliliters of distilled water to the vial and mix well.
• Sterilize the solution using a filter.
• Add the contents of the vial to 500 milliliters of Bacillus cereus Agar (i23011) or MYP (i23125) media that has been autoclaved and cooled to 50 degrees Celsius.
• Mix well and pour into a suitable petri dish.

STORAGE:

• Keep away from light.
• -20 degree Celsius.
