Preparation

  • Add the contents of the Bifidobacterium selective supplement vial to 500 mL of sterilized Bifidobacterium Agar (i23207) culture medium that has been autoclaved and cooled to 50 degrees Celsius.
  • Mix well and pour into sterile petri dishes.

 

STORAGE:

  • Keep away from light.
  • Room temperature
