Bolton Selective Supplement

Preparation

• Add 5 milliliter of water to the Bolton selective supplement vial and mix well.
• Using a filter to sterilize it.
• Add the sterile supplement to the Bolton agar (i23468) culture medium. add 25 milliliters of sterile and lysed horse blood.
• Mix well and pour into sterile test tubes.

STORAGE:

• Keep away from light.
• -20 degree Celsius.
