Bordetella Selective Supplement

Preparation

• Add 5 mL of distilled water to the Bordetella Selective Supplement vial and mix gently until the contents inside the vial are fully dissolved.
• Using a filter to sterilize it.
• Add the sterile and ready-to-use supplement to 500 mL of autoclaved and cooled Charcoal Agar medium (i23041) at a temperature of 50°C.
• Mix well and pour the mixture into a Petri dish.
