Brucella Selective Supplement

Preparation

• Warm up the vial of Brucella Selective Supplement to room temperature.
• Add 5 mL of 50% methanol (ethanol 50% may be a better solvent for this supplement). Mix well.
• Using a filter to sterilize it.
• Add the sterile supplement to 500 mL of the desired sterile culture medium that has been cooled to 50°C, and mix well.

STORAGE:

• Keep away from light.
• -20 degree Celsius.
