Campylobacter Supplement, Butzler

Preparation

• Warm up the vial of Campylobacter Selective Supplement, Butzler to room temperature.
• Add 5 ml distilled water to the content of one vial. Mix thoroughly.
• Using a filter to sterilize it.
• Add the content to 500 ml of autoclaved Campylobacter Blood-Free Selective Agar Base (#i23477), cooled to 50°.
• Mix well and pour into sterile Petri dishes.

STORAGE:

• Keep away from light.
• -20 degree Celsius.
