Preparation
- Warm the vial of Campylobacter Selective Preston Supplement to room temperature.
- Add 5 ml of 50% acetone solution to the vial and dissolve completely.
- Add the supplement to 475 ml Campylobacter Enrichment broth base or Campylobacter agar (Preston) that has been sterilized and cooled to 50°C.
- Add 25 ml of sterile and lysed horse blood to the medium.
- Mix well and pour into sterile Petri dishes.

- Keep away from light.
- -20 degree Celsius.
