Campylobacter Supplement, Skirrow

Preparation

• Warm the vial of the supplement to room temperature.
• Add 5 ml distilled water to the content of one vial. Mix thoroughly.
• Sterilize the resulting solution using a filter.
• Add the sterilized supplement to 500 mL of sterile and cooled (50°C) Campylobacter Agar Base (i23211).
• Add 7-5% defibrinated sheep or horse blood to the medium.
• Mix gently and pour into sterile petri dishes.

STORAGE:

• Keep away from light.
• -20 degree Celsius.
