CCDA Selective Supplement

Preparation

• Warm the supplement to room temperature.
• Add 5 ml of sterile distilled water to the content of one vial. Mix thoroughly.
• Aseptically add the content to 500 ml of Campylobacter Blood-Free Selective Agar Base, cooled to approximately 50°C.
• Mix well and pour into sterile Petri dishes.

STORAGE:

• Keep away from light.
• -20 degree Celsius.
