Cefixime Tellurite Selective Supplement

Preparation

• Under sterile conditions, add 5 mL of sterile distilled water to the supplement vial. Mix well until the contents of the vial are completely dissolved.
• Add the prepared supplement to 495 mL of sterile and cooled MacConkey Sorbitol Agar culture medium at a temperature of 50 degrees Celsius.
• Thoroughly mix and pour into a sterile Petri dish.

STORAGE:

• Keep away from light.
• 2 – 8 degree Celsius
