CFC Selective Supplement

Preparation

• Warm the vial to room temperature.
• Add 5 mL of distilled water to the CFC Selective Supplement vial and mix gently until completely dissolved.
• Using a filter to sterilize it.
• Under sterile conditions, add the supplement to 500 mL of sterile and cooled Pseudomonas Agar Base (i23151) at a temperature of 50 degrees Celsius.
• Mix well and pour into sterile petri dishes.

STORAGE:

• Keep away from light.
• -20 degree Celsius.
