Chloramphenicol Selective Supplement

Preparation

• Prepare 3 mL of a sterile 1:1 solution of ethanol and water, and add it to the Chloramphenicol selective supplement vial.
• Add the prepared supplement to 500 mL of sterile and cooled Sabouraud Dextrose Agar (i23164) medium at a temperature of 50 degrees Celsius.
• Thoroughly mix and pour into a sterile Petri dish.

STORAGE:

• Keep away from light.
• -20 degree Celsius.
