C. Difficile Selective Supplement

Preparation

• Add 2 ml of distilled water to the vial of selective supplement for Clostridium difficile and mix gently until completely dissolved.
• Sterilize the resulting solution using a filter.
• Under sterile conditions, add the prepared supplement to 500 ml of sterile and cooled Clostridium difficile agar (i23075) at 50 degrees Celsius.
• Thoroughly mix and pour into a sterile Petri dish.

STORAGE:

• Keep away from light.
• -20 degree Celsius.
