D-Cycloserine Selective Supplement

Preparation

• Add 2 mL of distilled water to the D-Cycloserine Selective Supplement vial and mix gently until the powder is completely dissolved.
• Using a filter to sterilize it.
• Add the prepared supplement to 500 mL of sterile and cooled TSC agar (i23229) at a temperature of 50 degrees Celsius for the isolation of Clostridium perfringens.
• Mix well and pour into sterile Petri dishes.

• Keep away from light.
• -20 degree Celsius.
