Test
- Take the bottle containing the egg yolk emulsion out of the refrigerator and warm it up to a temperature of 45-50 degrees Celsius.
- Under sterile conditions, add 50 mL of the egg yolk emulsion to 950 mL of melted culture medium.
- Mix the medium well and pour it into sterile Petri dishes.
Storage temperature: 2-8 degrees Celsius
