Test
- Take the bottle containing the egg yolk emulsion with potassium tellurite out of the refrigerator and warm it up to a temperature of 45-50 degrees Celsius.
- Add 50 milliliters of the emulsion to 950 milliliters of sterile Baird-Parker agar medium.
- Mix well and pour into sterile Petri dishes.
Storage conditions: 2-8 degrees Celsius
