Fraser Listeria Selective Supplement

Preparation

• Add 5 mL of sterile water to a vial of Freezer Listeria Selective Supplement and mix gently until completely dissolved.
• Using a filter to sterilize it.
• Add the prepared supplement to 500 mL of sterile and cooled (50°C) Fraser Listeria Selective Enrichment Broth (i23274).
• Mix well and pour into sterile test tubes.

STORAGE:

• Keep away from light.
• -20 degree Celsius.
