Add 5 mL of distilled water to the Freezer Supplement vial and mix gently until completely dissolved.
Using a filter to sterilize it.
Add 10 mL of the prepared supplement to 500 mL of sterile and cooled Listeria Enrichment broth base, Fraser (i23274) and mix well.
Mix well and pour into sterile test tubes.
