Test

Weigh 33 grams of the powder and dissolve it in 1 liter of distilled water.
Mix the solution well and heat gently.
Allow it to boli for 1 minute.
Allow it to cool down to a temperature of 45-50 degrees Celsius. then add supplement (1 vial for 500 ml medium).
Mix well and pour into sterile Petri dishes.

DO NOT Autoclave to medium.

STORAGE

Keep dehydrated powder and prepared plates in 2 – 8 degree Celsius.
