Description
Digested gelatin with pancreatin is carbohydrate-free and is used in the composition of microbiological culture media for fermentation studies. The amount of tryptophan and cysteine in this gelatin peptone is low. This substance is specifically suitable for preparing culture media for non-fastidious bacteria growth and bacterial fermentation processes that require high levels of hydroxyproline and small amounts of tryptophan, cysteine, and carbohydrates.
STORAGE:
